Prolicense Education LLC ("Prolicense," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting into our SMS program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Our SMS program includes marketing messages and notifications related to your course progress.
 

1. Consent

  • Express Written Consent: You must provide prior express written consent to receive SMS messages from Prolicense. This applies to all messages, including marketing and transactional notifications.

  • Consent Acquisition Methods: Consent may be provided through:

    • Online forms on flcaa.com

    • Website opt-ins

    • Verbal agreements (recorded for quality assurance)

    • Texting a specified keyword to our number

  • Double Opt-In (Recommended): After your initial opt-in, we may send a confirmation message to verify your consent. You must reply as instructed to confirm subscription.
     

2. Message Frequency and Content

  • Types of Messages: You will receive:

    • Marketing/promotional messages about our courses, discounts, or events

    • Transactional notifications related to course progress, reminders, and account updates

  • Frequency: You may receive up to 4 messages per week. Frequency may vary based on your interactions.

  • Program Description: Our SMS program is designed to keep you informed about your enrollment, course progress, special offers, and important updates.
     

3. Opt-Out Mechanism

  • Easy Opt-Out: To stop receiving messages, text “STOP” to 866-411-8470 at any time.

  • Confirmation of Opt-Out: You will receive a confirmation text confirming your removal from our SMS list.

  • Immediate Processing: Your opt-out request will be honored immediately without delay.

  • No Additional Fees: Prolicense does not charge additional fees for receiving SMS messages.
